The location was great, with a grocery shop and several excellent restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking space for those with rental cars.

The staff were friendly and helpful and provided a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

The hotel was let down by a poor transportation system that made it difficult to get to the local ski areas. The ski bus was infrequent and unreliable, making it a challenge to get around the area.

Spent Xmas in a charming hotel that had a cozy feel with friendly staff. the food was delicious, and parking was available. Located in a picturesque village area with beautiful views of the mountains and walking distance to a market and several restaurants.

The shuttle service to the ski area was unreliable and had a limited schedule, making it difficult to plan our day. the shower in the room was uncomfortably small, and the spa room was cramped.
